Conscious Planet is a Global Movement to initiate a conscious approach to soil and planet. The movement seeks to show governments of all nations that their citizens want a policy to revitalize soil and ecology.

Thousands of eminent intellectuals, scientists, celebrities, policy experts and spiritual leaders are uniting for this common goal, to restore the soil and rekindle humanity’s relationship with Mother Earth.

To activate and demonstrate the support of over 3 billion citizens, Sadhguru will be riding a motorcycle alone, over 30,000 kilometers across 24 nations.

The rally will start in London and end in southern India, where the Cauvery Calling project, initiated by Sadhguru, has enabled 125,000 farmers to plant 62 million trees to revive soil and river Cauvery.

Activating citizen participation will ensure that ecological issues become election issues, so that governments create policies and set budgets for ecological solutions, leading to sustained implementation.

Our soil is facing extinction

Sadhguru

Sadhguru is a yogi and a mystic, a man whose passion spills into everything he encounters. Named one of India’s 50 most influential people, Sadhguru’s work has touched the lives of millions worldwide through his transformational programs.

He has initiated large-scale global initiatives, including the UNCCD accredited Isha Foundation, with 11 million volunteers in 300 centers worldwide.

In 2017, Sadhguru also launched Rally for Rivers, a campaign to raise awareness about the dire state of India’s rivers, which was supported by 162 million people, making it the largest ever ecological initiative of its kind. Rally for Rivers is also a part of the UNFCCC Compendium for Nature-based Solutions.

“The trees are our lungs, the rivers our circulation, the air our breath, and the earth our body.”
